What is BharatGo?
BharatGo is a Pune-based Technology startup. We enable businesses to easily create their e-commerce store in less than 2 minutes without any tech skills.
Are you similar to Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato?
No. They are either marketplaces or aggregators. They list your business and/or products, and sell to their customers on their platform for a fee from you, without sharing customer contact details, thereby creating dependency. In contrast, BharatGo is a Tech platform that enables businesses to create their own online presence very easily and take control of their business.
Are you like Shopify?
In a way, yes. We are Shopify's simpler version for Indian businesses. Shopify is a global platform that is not very easy to use for Indian businesses. BharatGo is a simple, easy-to-use platform that is built for Indian businesses.
Delivery and Payment
Who will do the delivery?
We provide you with the option to either deliver your order yourself if you have the capability. If not, then you can choose any of the inbuilt third-party delivery service providers (like Dunzo/Shiprocket) to deliver your orders to your customers.
How can we collect payment from the customers?
We provide you with the option to collect the payment yourself if you have that capability. If not, then you can choose any of the inbuilt third-party payment gateway providers (like RazorPay) to provide online payment options to your customers.
Fees and Revenue
How much commission do you take?
We do not take any commission from you on any orders. All revenue is yours. You may have to pay the third-party fees, if any, as per the services that you may be taking from them, like online payment or delivery services, which go directly to respective service providers.
How much do you charge? What’s your Fees? How do you make money?
We offer a free plan with limited features. For the basic plan, we charge ₹12,000 per year (₹1,000/month), and for the advanced plan, we charge ₹18,000 per year (₹1,500/month). We also offer an enterprise plan based on the number of stores and specific requirements, and give pricing accordingly.
