Prohibited Products

Overview

BharatGo is a platform for legitimate commerce. To protect customers, sellers, creators, payment partners, and the platform, you may not offer, advertise, distribute, or facilitate products or services that are illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or restricted by applicable law or our partners.

This policy applies to physical products, digital products, courses, services, subscriptions, donations, links, and promotional content. A product may be restricted even if it is legal in one location. We may update this policy as law, payment-network rules, and risk change.

1. Absolutely Prohibited, No Exceptions

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, substances intended to evade drug laws, or instructions to manufacture or misuse them.
• Weapons, explosives, ammunition, firearms, weapon parts, instructions for weapon construction, and regulated items without required authorisation.
• Counterfeit, stolen, pirated, unauthorised, or illegally imported goods, including fake credentials, keys, certificates, tickets, or accounts.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual services involving coercion, or content facilitating trafficking or abuse.
• Fraud, scams, pyramid or unlawful money-making schemes, fake documents, forged currency, stolen identities, and services designed to facilitate financial crime.
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, hacking tools, stolen credentials, databases, personal information, or services intended to compromise systems or accounts.

2. Illegal and Infringing Content

• Products or content that violate copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Unauthorised recordings, leaked exams, stolen courses, copied templates, or content falsely presented as original.
• Services that enable identity theft, credential theft, impersonation, surveillance, or unauthorised access.
• Content that encourages violence, terrorism, hate, targeted harassment, or serious harm.
• Products that violate sanctions, export controls, import restrictions, or applicable local law.

3. Adult and Obscene Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content, including sexual services, fetish content, or explicit live interaction.
• Content involving minors in any sexualised or suggestive context.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content that facilitates trafficking.
• Adult products or content that are illegal, deceptive, unsafe, or prohibited by our payment partners.

4. Dangerous and Regulated Products

• Hazardous materials, explosives, toxic chemicals, radioactive material, weapons, or products requiring specialist handling without the required licences and safeguards.
• Drugs and controlled substances, including prescription medicines, unapproved medicines, or products making prescription or treatment claims without appropriate authorisation.
• Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, and related products where required age, licence, warning, and delivery controls are not available.
• Food, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, and health products that are unsafe, counterfeit, unapproved, mislabelled, or marketed with unsupported treatment or cure claims.
• Live animals, endangered species, human remains, human organs, and products made from protected wildlife or prohibited animal parts.
• Hazardous financial, investment, insurance, lending, gambling, gaming, or lottery products that require a licence, promise guaranteed returns, or are deceptive.

5. Misleading and Fraudulent Products

• Get-rich-quick, investment, trading, or financial schemes that promise guaranteed income or returns.
• Pyramid, Ponzi, chain-referral, or recruitment schemes where compensation depends primarily on recruiting others.
• Fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, followers, engagement, certificates, qualifications, or social proof.
• Products or services designed to evade taxes, identity checks, payment controls, or legal obligations.
• Unauthorised personal data, databases, contact lists, surveillance services, or lists built without lawful permission.

6. Regulated Products

The following categories may be legal but require licences, approvals, age checks, disclosures, delivery controls, or partner approval. BharatGo may decline them where those controls cannot be verified or supported.

• Financial and insurance products, lending, investment advice, securities, payment instruments, and virtual assets.
• Legal, medical, health, therapy, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, and professional services requiring a licence or qualified provider.
• Gambling, betting, games of chance, lotteries, prize schemes, and contests.
• Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, supplements, cosmetics, food, animals, and age-restricted products.
• Political fundraising, charitable collections, donations, and crowdfunding where required registration, disclosures, or audit controls are not available.

7. Digital-Specific Rules

• Do not sell stolen, leaked, cracked, pirated, or unauthorised digital content.
• Do not sell malware, hacking tools, credentials, personal data, or instructions intended to compromise systems or people.
• Do not sell deceptive courses or guides that promise guaranteed employment, income, health results, or financial returns.
• Do not sell content that infringes rights or includes hidden access, harmful code, or undisclosed collection of personal information.

8. Reporting and Enforcement

If you believe a listing violates this policy, report it to contact@bharatgo.com with the store, product, account, or order details and a description of the concern. We may remove a listing, block a transaction, require evidence or verification, suspend an account, hold or reverse funds, notify payment partners, or contact authorities.
